Garland McFall, 81, of Mabelvale passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017 due to complications of Alzheimer's Disease.
He was born in Mountain Home, Arkansas on April 22, 1935 to the late Leland "Bozo" and Eva (White) McFall.
Garland retired from Riverside Motors, where he was a respected paint and body worker. He later opened his own paint and body shop next to his home. He enjoyed old cars, going to antique car shows, the Razorbacks, wrestling, and his animals.
Survivors include his wife Phyllis Hettinger McFall, daughter Jamie McFall of Little Rock, stepson John Langstrom of Benton, grandchildren Stuart Freeman of Little Rock, Matthew Gross, and Connor Langstrom.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 19, 2017 at McPherson Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County.

I am Jamie Mcfall, Garland's daughter. My dad meant everything to me, I was a Daddy's girl! My heart is broken. He was a very good man and had a loving heart. I miss him every day. I love you Daddy!

Sorry to hear about Garland. Garland was related to me on my Dad and his Mother's side. I talked to him a few years ago and tried to get him to come to the White Family Reunion in Baxter County, but he was not able to be there.
I go way back with Garland, He has been a great friend, teacher and employee. He always loved his family and accepted them for who they were. Garland all and all was a good man, Great Father and Husband. My prayers to the Family. He will be missed but not forgotten.
