My memories of Wilma go way back to the late 70's when she was my neighbor. Always such a sweet neighbor. I know she is in a better place but will be missed. Praying for this family as they go through this rough step in their life. Love you all.

My heartfelt sympathy to the family of Wilma Bousquet. She was very kind to me when I was a little girl and would spend time at her home playing with her daughter Billie Jean. I am sure she will be missed by her family and friends.
