Marshal Paul McGowan was born September 28th, 1954 to Arville and Iva McGowan in Culp, Arkansas.
He was employed as a high-powered lineman for IBEW Local 53 union for 30 years he passionately enjoyed and was extremely proud of his job, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid gun enthusiast. He loved spending time with his family and friends, sharing his passion of hunting and fishing with them.
Paul was truly blessed and enjoyed his 63 wonderful years before departing on October 8th, 2017. He is preceded in death by his mother Iva and father Arville, and brother; Jessie McGowan. Paul leaves to cherish his memory, wife Loretta McGowan; three daughters; Grace and Maddi McGowan and Lendy Pearson; two brothers; Earnest and Jeff McGowan; and one sister Carol Whitehead. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and several other loving relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 14th, 2017 at Table Rock Cemetery in Culp, Arkansas at 1 P.M. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Please visit our online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/mtnhome
I went to school with Paul, same grade. He sure was a pest but made us laugh. Fond memories of days gone by. Rest in Peace Paul
One more lineman brother called to watch over Clem. Paul will never be forgotten here in KS. He and Clem have created so many laughs through their times and events together. Once family always family.
