Mrs. Barbara Elizabeth Geis, 77, of Mountain Home passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017, in Calico Rock, Arkansas. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 31, 1939, the daughter of Herald and Esther Meyers.
Mrs. Geis is survived by one son, Karl Geis (Michelle) of Salt Lake City, Utah, one daughter, Karen McGehee (Trevor) of Mountain Home, four grandchildren; Nathan McGehee, Natalie McGehee, Jacob McGehee, and Andrew McGehee. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George William Geis and one brother.
Services will be private.

I know this is late, but I just found out about her passing. Memories of Barbara go clear back to the first grade. She was always the smartest and the kindest person in our class. She will be missed by everyone who ever knew her.
