Kelly Hall age 78, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017. He was born April 9, 2017 1939 to John Lee Hall and Minnie Hall (Davis) in Dwale, Kentucky. He married Betty on June 4, 1979.
Mr. Hall Devoted 23 years of his life to the Navy and retired as Master Chief. He worked for General Dynamics for 10 years before retiring to Mountain Home. Kelly was very active in the community and civic organizations such as the Elks Lodge, the VFW, volunteering many hours to the Hospice House and Serenity. Kelly was also a member of United States Submarine Veterans Twin Lakes Base and a member of the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church.
Kelly is survived by his wife of 38 years, Betty Hall, of Mountain Home, four sons, two daughters, two sisters, and a host of grand-children and great-grandchildren. Kelly is preceded in death by his parents, and nine brothers and sisters.
Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Kelly was a paid-up for life member of the Twin Lakes Base of the United States Submarine Veterans Inc. who has departed on Eternal Patrol: Sailor, rest your oars.
