Norma Jean Tinsley age 91, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed into eternal rest Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in Mountain Home. She was born April 27, 1925 in Alton, Illinois to Charles and Fannie (Alderson) Overath.
During her life of active employment she was a secretary for the Owens-Illinois Glass Manufacturing Company. Norma was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, having begun her fellowship there in 1992.
Norma is survived by her brother-in-law, Roy Fenwick of Mountain Home and nephews: David (Helen) Fenwick and John (Teresa) Walsh, also both of Mountain Home and by eleven nieces and nephews who are scattered throughout seven states. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bert Brown, by three brothers and five sisters.
A Gathering of Remembrance to celebrate her life will be 10:00 am to 12 Noon Friday, April 7, 2017, at Roller Funeral Home Interment will be in Baxter Memorial Gardens.
