Mr. Virgil S. Ferrell of 87 years left his earthly life on March 31, 2017. He was born in Magness, Arkansas on July 1, 1929 to Samuel and Mabel (Prichard) Ferrell. Virgil was a devout Christian and minister of the Church of Christ. Virgil's life revolved around serving our Lord. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Aline Ferrell of Mountain Home; 2 daughters: Renea (Bobby) Cagle and LaKeeta (Alan) Arnold, both of Mountain Home; 5 grandchildren: Luke Cagle, Tracie (Mark) Burns, Jennifer Short, Paula Ann (Brian) Davis and Aaron Harrison; 6 great grandchildren:Justin Burns, Brooke Burns, Zachary Davis, Jessica (Chris) Selvaggio, Jaryn Harrison and Aryn Michelle Harrison; great great granddaughter, Aubreigh Newsome. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and grandson Jason Lee Harrison. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM Monday April 3, 2017 at Roller Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Mountain Home Cemetery.

What a Homecoming there must be in Heaven. I can just hear Virgil's laugh. He is home with Our Heavenly Father and his earthly family. I know all of you will miss him but he helped to give you a good foundation. You are in my prayers.
