Mike and family,
Fishermen from all over the country who are members of the Ossie Hoffman White River Float Trip send their condolences on Bob's passing. Bob's skills at guiding, organizing, and storytelling gained him friendships with people both far and near. It was always going to be a good day on the river, but if you were lucky enough to draw Bob as your guide it was going to be extra special. He'll be missed by all of us but with many good memories of times on the river.

Mike & Family: I was so very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He and I go back a long way. We started First grade together, then he took two years one year and got ahead of me. But we were hunting and fishing buddies till I joined the Air Force at 17. His Grand parents Mr. and Mrs. Kedigh were like an extra set of parents to me.
Bob, I hope you are resting easy now. I know you never slowed down while you were here with us. I have so many memories of the things we did together. Like the possum in Ray and Hazel's living room and other things that I won't mention . I will miss you old friend and I know that a lot of other old Walker Road kids will be missing you too. Your memory will be with us here as long as any of us have a memory. Take care and Happy Hunting and Fishing. Oh yes can't forget the Chicken Catching. Lard
