Robert Anthon Lammers, age 86, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 in Mountain Home. He was born March 27, 1929 in Omaha, Nebraska to Anthon Bernard and Catherine Monica (Schulte) Lammers.

Mr. Lammers married Kathleen Hootman on September 6, 1948 in Des Moines, Iowa. He is a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church and was very active with the Knights of Columbus as a Third Degree Knight. He was also the Director of the Funeral Pallbearers. He owned and operated an electrical business. He was an avid woodworker and gardener.

Mr. Lammers is survived by son, Anthony Lammers and wife Nancy of Brooklyn, Iowa, daughter, Joan Dooley and husband Dell of Des Moines, Iowa; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and infant daughter; Mary Catherine Lammers.

A Funeral Mass will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church with Reverend Norbert Rappold Celebrant. A visitation will be Tuesday from Noon-9:00 p .m. with the family receiving friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A Vigil Service will be Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Baxter Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church.
