Donald Edwin Alman, age 83, of Norfork, Arkansas passed away Friday, September 25, 2015, in Mountain Home. He was born June 23, 1932 in Greenville, Michigan to Otis and Edna (Lugyndyk) Alman.
Mr. Alman married Betty White June 23, 1950, in Mountain Home. He was the former owner/operator of the Alman Gas Station in Tracy Ferry for 20 years. He served as a reserve officer for the Baxter and Marion County Sheriff's Departments and the Flippin Police Department.
Mr. Alman is survived by his wife Betty Alman of Norfork, a son Robert Alman and wife Sharon of Salesville, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons Roger and Ronnie and a daughter Pam.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at Conley Cemetery with Reverend Keith Byrd officiating.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
