Jo (Martin) Ratcliff, age 76, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014, in Mountain Home. She was born August 25, 1938, in West Plains, Missouri to Elmer and Lucille (Kimbrough) Martin. She married Kenneth Ratcliff in West Plains, Missouri.
Mrs. Ratcliff is survived by a sister Martie Burney and husband Gary of Placida, Florida, four nephews Tim Martin and wife Kelly and Greg Martin and wife Cindy all of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Brian Burney and wife Heather of Branson, Missouri and Brent Burney of Joplin, Missouri and two nieces Sabrina Spencer and husband Rick of Jacksonville, Arkansas and Benessa Yoho of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 6, 2014, at Roller Funeral Home with Tim Martin officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.

So sad to learn of Jo's death. We were in high school together, and she was in my sister's (Priscilla) class.
Jo (Joann) was so loved in high school with her wonderful personality and her many talents. She was a friend to all. My sister died in 1986, and we had often talked of the great friends we had in West Plains High, and Jo was one of the best.
I extend my most sincere condolences.
