Bob, Joni, Mike and Tom,
Lois and my sympathies to your family. Many miles have passed between us since we last spoke, but not the memories. Joann had a very special place in my Hy-Vee heart; we spent all of my Macomb years together, separated only by a sliding glass window between our offices. No other employee sat on the sidelines awaiting the opening in July of 1979 of Illinois first Hy-Vee store!! Her smile and dedication will be missed. Our best to all of you during our time of rememberance.

So sorry to hear of Joann's passing. We were neighbors out in Spring Lake in Macomb. Jake and I spent a lot of time talking to Mrs. Cook in our yards. There is a picture of Bob and Joann on our refrigerator. She was such a great lady that will be truly missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
