Randall Wright, 81, of Lake City, entered into heavens gates on February 27, 2018. He was born February 27, 1937 to the late George Henry and Goldie Frances (Davis) Wright. He was a member of Bethabara Baptist Church in Lake City. Randall was employed at Colson Casters for 31 years, but his passion was farming and running the fruit stand, where you could often find a crowd gathering, some shopping and some just visiting, which Randall would welcome both. He was the owner of the Riverside Laundromat, where he never passed up the opportunity to share his love for the Lord and even leading several people to the Lord right there.

Randall was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.

Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Wanda Ferguson Wright of the home, three children, George M. (Diane) Wright of Jonesboro, Lonnie D. (Sherry) Wright of Lake City and Kim A. Wright (Byron) Davidson of Macomb, MI; 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be Thursday, March 1, 2018, 1:00 pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home Chapel, with Jason Goad and Jerry Reed. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery, Brookland. Grandchildren and great-grandchildren will serve as pallbearers with friends from the Senior Citizens Center as honorary pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 11:30 am until time of service.
