Bill Waldrip was always so kind and supportive to me and Janine for all the years we knew him in real estate. He was my Sales Manager at Fred Dacus Associates for over 15 years that I had the privilege of working there. He was so knowledgeable about every facet of real estate and always gave me sound advice on how to conduct business. Above that, he was a wonderful person with a big heart who I can proudly say was true friend I will always cherish in my heart. I look forward to seeing him, Bill Hester, and Phil Reginelli when I pass from this life; I'm sure it will be a wonderful reunion remembering all the grand times we spent together. Until we meet again, Bill, we will always remember you with such fond memories.

Sad news. I had many points of business contact with Bill. He was funny, professional, sometimes gruff, but always a man with a teddy bear heart!

Bill was a very kind, funny, entertaining man full of life and humor. He was a friend of my father's, and when I became a Realtor, Bill did my forms training with me. He was so much fun to be around. He also had so much knowledge of real estate that he was willing to share when asked. He was truly a great asset to the industry and the community.
