Lavon Clark, 76, of Jonesboro, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born March 1, 1941 in Shady Grove to James Fred and Belle Burris Jennings. Lavon was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She also served in the United States Marines. She loved sewing and her precious dog Scousie.
Preceding her in death are her parents, eight brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include, a son; Roy Clark, two daughters; Shirley Wiltse (Leslie) and Susan Bowler (Donald), grandchildren; Brandi Bowler, Gregory and Jessica Clark, Nicholas and Aleina Wiltse, three great grandchildren; sisters; Jenice Combs and Berniece Martin.
All service will be private and under the direction of Roller Farmer Union Funeral Home.
