Mr. Harold Edgar Reece, 79, of Lake City, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Reece was born October, 5, 1937 in Brookland to George Wesley and Mandy Viola Mitchell Reece.

Harold enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a retired truck driver.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Patricia Ann Reece; a son, Anderson Lee Reece; two brothers, Earl Reece and Herman Reece; three sisters, Goldie Shipman, Ruby White and Elsie Kelley.

Survivors include, daughter, Kristie Reece of Memphis, sons, Lance Reece and Curtis Ashley Reece both of Lake City; granddaughter, Shannon Reece; grandson, Brandon Reece; brother, Darrell ''Wilkie'' Reece; and sister, Irene Elder.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at noon at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro with Ernest Cornish officiating. Interment follows at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are, Frankie Reece, Wayne Reece, Wesley Reece, Ricky Elder, Micky Elder and Wendell Elder. Honorary pallbearers include, Wilson Shipman, Herbert Shipman, Donnie Davis and Keith Timms.

Visitation precedes the service, at the funeral home from 11:00am until noon.
