Harold Eugene Boling, 86, of Jonesboro, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born August 4, 1929 in Brookland to the late Johnny and Gracie (Rupard) Boling. Mr. Boling was a funeral director for Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home for over 25 years. He was of the Nazarene faith and loved playing with his grandkids and being with his family.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Ella Mae Boling; a son, Steve; two daughters, Lynette Boling and Billie Hanna; two brothers, James and Herbert; and a sister, Sandra Grimes.
Survivors include his second wife, Linda Lamb Boling; a son, Mike (Cindy) Boling; two daughters, Adel (Danny) Wade and Marina (James) Presley; daughter-in-law, Teresa Boling; ten grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Bill (Mary) Boling and Robert (Betty) Boling; and a sister, Charlene Williams.
Graveside services will be 10 am Wednesday at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland with Rick Hathcoat and Terry Snow officiating.
Visitation will be 5-7 pm Tuesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mr. Boling's honor to the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House, 1148 E. Matthews Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
Linda, wished I could be there for you during this time. You and Harold was so good to us.
