Brenda Chastain Moore, 65, of Jonesboro, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at her home. She was born August 10, 1949 in Newport. She was a cosmetologist and of the Baptist belief.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, D. B. Chastain and Lorene Duncan McCrory; a sister, Joyce Dement and a brother, Eugene Ragsdale.

Survivors include her two sons, Randy Moore and Sammy Moore both of Texas; her stepmother, Exie Chastain of Piggott; two sisters, Carolyn Allen of Hardy and Dletta Doyle of Sedgwick; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10:30 to 11:00 am Friday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.

Graveside services will begin at Noon at the Stranger's Home Cemetery near Alicia.
