Geraldine Scarborough Clairday, 81, of Jonesboro, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 31, 2015.
Mrs. Clairday was born on March 22, 1933 in Farville, Arkansas. She graduated from Brookland High School and then co-owned and operated several grocery stores in Jonesboro, AR.

Mrs. Clairday was preceded in death by her parents, sister and husband.

Survivors include two sons, Dean Clairday of the home and James Rentz (Helen) of Kansas City Missouri; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and niece Carolyn Neal (Don) and her family.

Visitation will be from 1-2 pm Tuesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.

Chapel services will follow at 2 pm with Don Neal officiating. Burial will be private.
