Edward Lee Misak III, 52, of Tampa, Florida passed away November 26, 2014 at Florida Hospital Carollwood. He was born January 29, 1962 in Jonesboro to Edward Lee, Jr. and Mary Joe Misak.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where he and his wife were youth teachers and he worked with the Red Cross and Explorer Post 7 in Jonesboro. He was an electronic technician and served over four years in the National Guard. Edward enjoyed anything to do with space or electronics and loved to serve people.
Preceding him in death were his Father, grandparents and a brother, Michael James Misak.
Survivors include his wife, Lora Misak of the home; a son, Edward Lee Misak IV of Tampa; a daughter, Alicia Orr of Tampa; a granddaughter, Meredith Pelayo of Tampa; and three brothers, Daniel Wayne Misak, Joseph Luther Misak and George Robert Misak.
The funeral service will be Tuesday 1:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Steven Green officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Adam Farmer, Harry James Farmer, Keith Baggett, Kyle Gibson and Larry Jackson Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Former Explorers Post and members of the BSA.
Visitation is Monday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
