George F. Gardinier, 87, of Jonesboro, Arkansas died Thursday, July18, 2014 at St.Bernards Medical Center.

He was born November 16, 1926 to George and Josephine Gardinier.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Kathy Gardinier of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Survivors include two daughters, Katie Dunivan of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Bonnie Miller of Pompano Beach, Florida; five grandchildren, Seth, Emily and Ally Dunivan all of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Kyle and Christina Miller both of Pompano Beach, Florida.

George retired as manager of Wal-Mart Stores in Port St. Lucie, Florida. He was a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge and a member of the Kennett Country Club. George loved to paint, watch sports on TV, golf and dancing.

There will be no service, you may send condolences to Katie Dunivan, 3104 Beanie, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Timothy's Anglican Church, 419 W. Highland Drive, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
