Theo Finley Bibb, 94, of Springdale, Arkansas, formerly of Melbourne, Arkansas died Friday, October 7, 2016, at Brookdale Chenal Heights in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Born, May 3, 1922, in Melbourne, she was the daughter of Cicero Breckenridge Finley and Maggie Nora Conyers Finley.
She received a bachelor's degree from Lyon College and taught second grade in Melbourne Public Schools. She was a member of Eastern Star and Arkansas Education Association. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Melbourne and attended Elmdale Baptist Church in Springdale.
She is survived by her husband, William Hale Bibb; a daughter Margaret ''Margo'' Green of Bismarck, Arkansas and a stepdaughter, Carol Ellis of Roland, Arkansas; a granddaughter, Amy Green of Mandeville, Louisiana; three step-grandchildren, Jill Jackson of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Karla Davidson of Roland, Arkansas and Kim Spellins of Little Rock; and ten step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, T. J. Harris; stepson, David Bibb; grandson, Michael; three brothers and two sisters.
There will be a graveside service at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at Melbourne Cemetery with Doyne Robertson officiating.
Pallbearers will be Randy Spellins, Caleb Spellins, Will Davidson, Eli Davidson, Jeremy Jackson and Ian Jackson.
Honorary pallbearers are J. W. Ellis and J. D. Nelson.
Arrangements are by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne.

Hale, Margaret and family; we are so sorry to hear of Theo's passing. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by many. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.
So sorry. Ms. Theo was one of my favorites.
Mrs. Harris (Bibb) was my second grade teacher. She was a tough one too! Many years later, she and I became friends and I treasured that friendship. She will be greatly missed!
