Kurt Larkin Smith, age 49 of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018. He was born on December 14, 1968 in Little Rock, Arkansas to his late parents, William Franklin and Barbara Bond Smith. Kurt was a graduate of Benton High School, attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and then graduated from the College of Pharmacy at UAMS. Kurt worked for ten years at the Arkansas Cancer Research Center and eleven years with his most recent employer, Walgreens. In addition, Kurt enjoyed hunting, camping and loved traveling.
Survivors include his wife, Allison Harrison Smith and five children, Landon Willmuth, Zachary Willmuth, Juneau Smith, Ethan Smith and Abigail Smith all of Maumelle, AR; two brothers, Evan Bell of Pickles Gap, AR and Eric Smith of Greenbrier, AR.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Roller Chenal Funeral Home with Reverend Danny Harris officiating. A visitation will begin one hour prior to services.

Kurt was a good friend all through pharmacy school, we pulled all nighters studying for tests. also worked at walgreens some together as well. spent some time out on lake in his boat, he will be missed.
I worked with Kurt on occasion at Walgreens. He was a great pharmacist. Always showing great concern and very helpful with his patients. Kurt had a good sense of humor. I always enjoyed working with him. I am so sorry for your loss
Kurt is my cousin we spent a lot of time together in Tennessee at grandmas house. I cherish a lot of childhood memories with kurt and Eric on summer visits.
