Ruby L Leslie, age 99, of Perryville, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 26, 2018. She was born May 20, 1918 in England, Arkansas to Thomas Alexander Tanner and Mary Ann Bennifield Tanner.

Ruby was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Perryville. She taught Sunday School for over 50 years and enjoyed singing. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, quilting, bingo and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Virtus Leslie, one son, Joe Tom Tipton, three brothers and 3 sisters.
Ruby is survived by her daughter, Frances (Karl) Leslie of Paron, Arkansas, one daughter in law, Marjorie Tipton, six grandchildren, eight great children and 6 great-great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander, Arkansas.
