Charlene was a gentle sole with a kind word for everyone. She was one of those people who did not have to tell you that she was a Christian, you just knew by her words. We have no doubt where she is now. Thinking of you all and pray you are at peace.
With Love

I spent many years with Charlene in my BSF class and as a dear friend. She was so special and taught me to talk to God in his language - the Bible. Now she even looks like a saint!
Prayers for special comfort for all the family from the author of comfort - God himself.

Dear Dr. Phillips and Family,
I was so sorry to read about your Mom's passing. She was a very pretty woman, and I immediately saw how much you favored her! I met your Dad at Briarwood Rehab several years ago when my stepfather was there. He was such a hoot! Hope he is coping with her loss and doing okay. Thoughts and prayers to all...

I send my warmest thoughts and prayers to her family. Praising our Lord that He has called her home. Charlene was my first Bible Study Fellowship teacher in 1978-79. What a blessing she was as we studied Genesis! She gave her class a scripture on May 17, 1979, Colossians 1:2-12, and asked us to pray for one another. I think of her every time I see my note in my Bible.
Charles, Eddie and Jane I am so sorry to hear of your loss of your sweet wife and mom. She was a dear friend to my parents and Joe and I for many years. You all will be in our prayers as you go through these difficult days trying to adjust to your loss. I know she is with her Lord and Saviour and visiting with mom and dad. Love you all!
My dear friend Charlene is dancing with Jesus today. We spent several years together in Bible Study Fellowship and I have many delightful memories of her and Charles. Heaven is a brighter place today.
I pray God will comfort her family as only He can.
