Juanita R. Gibson, 81, of Little Rock, AR, passed away June 10, 2017 from natural causes. She was retired from the Social Security Administration. Mrs. Gibson, along with her husband, Jerry 'Hoot' Gibson, owned and operated Green Thumb Garden Center, of Little Rock, AR, for over 40 years before retiring in 2004.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Steven Gibson, and brother, Harry E. Rickman, both of Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Gibson is survived by her husband of 65 years, Jerry 'Hoot' Gibson of Little Rock, AR; one sister, Joan Little of Fairfax, VA ; one daughter, Marlene Murphy (Jim), of Little Rock, AR; one son, Mark Gibson (Cindy), of Little Rock, AR; and one granddaughter, Kathleen Gibson, of Little Rock, AR.
