Hazel Lewis Wagner of Little Rock passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017. She was born in Mauldin, Arkansas on March 15, 1926 to the late, Glen Edward and Eunice Scott.

Hazel was preceded in death by her spouses, Carl, L. Lewis and Adrian D. Wagner; and sister, Joette Neighbors. She is survived by three children, Priscilla Harper Cook (Erwin), David A. Lewis (Phebe), and Lynda Staley (Mike); brother, Donald Scott; sister, Ruby McClanahan; six precious grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Hazel's life will be held at Highland Valley United Methodist Church at 10:00 am, Friday, January 27, 2017.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Valley United Methodist Church, 15524 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72211.
