Charles Willis Davis, 88, of Little Rock, died on September 20, 2016. He was born in Kirkland, Georgia on November 19, 1927. He was a disciple, minister, and missionary for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James C. Davis; wife, Virginia; and son, Bruce Alan. Charles is survived by son, Phillip; daughter-in-Christ, Kathleen Davis and her husband, Howard; granddaughter, Melony Marsh; brothers, J.C. Davis and Jack Davis; super in-laws, Jack and Pam McKnight; and great-grandchildren, Chelsea and Casey Marsh. He was ''Grandpa Charlie'' to Tena, Sarah, Paul, Sarah Nicole and Ashley.
His funeral service will be 9:30 A.M., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, 10900 Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72212 with entombment to follow at Forest Hills Mausoleum. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, September 23, 2016 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211, (501) 224-8300.
