He leaves behind his girlfriend, Sandra Dowell; daughter, Holly (Huisinga) Swartwout; son- in-law, Jeff Swartwout; two grandchildren; brothers, Robert and Gary Huisinga; and many close friends who will miss him.

Dear Harold,
I pray for you my friend. Rest in peace.
I want to thank for your help and assitance during your risk engineering visits to Mexico.
We shared time travelling accross the country and visiting so many industrial facilities.
He was a successful guy who likes to built good relationships and he had a sense of direction and purpose.
My condolences to Harold's family and friends.
Elevo mis oraciones por tu eterno descanso amigo mío. Bendito seas eternamente.
God bless you.
Sincerely Martin.
So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at John 5:28,29
(28). "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice (29) and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment".
