Maxine Flynn, 80, of Little Rock, AR, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015. She was born Saturday, June 1, 1935 in Bayou Meto, Arkansas to Nolan and Mable Waldo.
She is survived by her daughter, Regina Spence and her husband Dale; grandson, Erik Cardwell and Elizabeth; great-granddaughter, Ava Jo Cardwell; three sisters: Virginia White, Joy Rajski and Paula Baxter; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Maxine really enjoyed being around others and considered herself a people person. If ever in need of a job, money or living arrangements, she would connect them to the right people. Maxine also truly enjoyed her job as a switchboard operator at various companies in Florida, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, 13801 Chenal Pkwy., Little Rock (501) 224-8300. Pastor Larry Ballard will officiate, and entombment will follow at Riverwood Memorial Gardens in Maumelle. Visitation will be 5:30 P.M.-7:30 P.M., Monday, September 21, 2015, at the funeral home.

Regina - I am so, so sorry for the loss of your mom. She was such a sweetheart! Haven't seen her in a long time but I remember her like it was yesterday! You were totally blessed to have such a great mom!!! Love ya!
Regina, I was so sorry to read of your mom's death. I have many good memories of working with you in Building 58 at Ft. Roots in the "good old days." Wishing you strength as you adjust to life without your mom.
Maxine Flynn was always a friend to everyone. She never forgot her former coworkers and friends. She cared about everyone. Loved her daughter Regina and Grandson Eric with all her heart. God Bless the family, and RIP Maxine.
