of Little Rock, AR
December 12, 1931 - March 30, 2014
Patricia (Pat) Minardo Burch of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on March 30, 2014 at home surrounded by loving family.
Pat was born December 12, 1931 in Wabash, Indiana and graduated from Ladywood School in Indianapolis, IN in 1948. She believed in volunteering and was very involved with organizations including Meals on Wheels and Our House. Pat was also active in groups including Christ the King Senior Ministry, Primetimers, Community Bible Study and the weekly Perpetual Adoration at Christ the King Church.
Pat was married for 55 years to the love of her life, Henry O'Bryan Burch, Sr., and was truly Hank's partner in life as they ran many businesses together over the years including Tiger Trash, Gerard Construction, The Spirit of Evansville and the Arkansas Riverboat Company. She took great pride in the businesses and filled many roles ranging from bookkeeper to bartender to deck hand. However Pat's most important job in life and her proudest achievement was being a great mom to her four children. She was undoubtedly the glue that bonded the family together.
The past 7 years, Pat reinvented herself and led an active and vigorous life full of friends, travel, family and adventures including trips to the Bahamas, Indianapolis, Seattle, Florida, Branson, Sedona, Denver, and many more.
She is survived by her children; Anne Kennedy (Doug) of Little Rock, Henry Burch, Jr. (Rosemary) of Little Rock, Dan Burch (Kelly) of Alexander, AR, and Julie Dunn (Mike) of Indianapolis. Pat's grandchildren are Allison Kennedy, Pierce Martin (Bonnie), Lindsey and Alexis Burch, Gabrielle and Monica Dunn and her first great-grandchild Logan O'Bryan Cook.
A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2014. Rosary will be at 8:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Roller-Chenal Funeral Home 13801 Chenal Parkway Little Rock (501) 224-8300. Funeral Mass will be at Christ the King at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 3, 2014. The family would like to extend sincere thanks to the staff at Briarwood Rehab, Visiting Angels and Home Hospice for their compassion and care for Pat. Also, a special thanks to Sister Joan Milot from the Monastery of the Precious Blood in Manchester, NH for always providing Pat with love and support.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pat's name to Missionary Rosebushes of St. Therese 700 Bridge Street Manchester, NH 03104
Julie, Dan, Henry Jr., & Anne. We've fond memories of Aunt Pat. So sorry for your loss. I guess Nellie didn't want to travel alone. I can't think of a better traveling companion Than your Mom, as they both are now reunited with Uncle Hank, and your Uncle Holley. May God Speed Them both into the arms of the men they loved and lost! We'll be in touch! Loved the video! John & Tammy.
Mike, Julie Mo and Gabs, I can't tell you how lucky I feel to have known your grandma/mom/mother in law. It was a Joy to spend time with her when she visited Indy. She was a very special lady! May she rest in peace with God and Hank! Love you all,
Dear Pat,
Rest in peace, now reunited with your beloved Henry. Be assured of my constant prayers for the blessed repose of your soul, and the comforting of all your dear family and friends.
In sure and certain hope of the Resurrection,

Dear Julie and family,
I am so terribly sorry to hear of your loss. I feel so privileged to have met your mom and reading about her and the life lived makes me jealous for the fun she had and the love she had. I am thinking of you and Mike and my girls...Gabz and Monica. Love to you all.
Mimi
I pray for you all as you deal with your loss of Pat. She was a cool lady, one of my mother's (Eileen Fulper) best friends and a fellow Knit Wit, in their knitting club. I remember Pat's love for having fun and celebrating life. She and Henry were like peas in a pod, and in that regard, I hope you all can feel peace that they Pat and Henry are together again. May God bless your entire family through your grief.
To the Burch Family,
Be assured of my thoughts and prayers at the death of your mother. May she rest in peace!
I have fond memories of the times we shared at Mater Dei.
God's Blessings!
Fr. Ken Herr
Dear Burch Family,
I am sorry to read about the loss of your mother. I did yard work for your parents one summer at the house on Mesker Park Drive. Your mom was always so nice and gave me cokes on those hot summer days. Will keep you in our prayers during this difficult time.

To all the members of the extended Burch family...you are in our prayers and we were fortunate to have met Julie s Mom. She was delightful. Maybe she can hang out in Heaven with my Mom as she also passed away recently.
Julie, oh, I'm so shock today when I learned about her death. She is a very nice kind hearted lady and I just love her. I will surely miss her, but she's in heaven now. She just went ahead of us, and soon, we'll also follow her someday.
I will pray and recite a rosary for her. May her soul rest in peace.
"Goodbye, my dear Pat. See you there someday!"
Anne,

With much love,

Such a beautiful, loving & giving person. She made me a better person for having known her.
Mom,
You have been a wonderful, loving and supportive mother. We have been so blessed to have you and Dad as parents. Now that you are gone, I have heard so many neat stories about all the friends you have ... neighbors, bible study friends, etc. You really opened up your heart to others and I am so very proud of you. You are an inspiration to me and my family. Thanks for visiting me in Indy and taking the time to get to know my friends. They all love you!! You will be missed forever!! Love, your spoiled (according to siblings) 4th child!! Julie
