It's been almost 3 months, but I still find myself thinking several times a day, "I need to call Mom."
When this happens, I stop whatever I'm trying to do, walk out to the deck and look up at the sky where I know God will hear me when I speak to you, and more often than not, I'll see a shooting star and feel you & Pop in my heart. I know y'all are waiting on the rest of us, and time flies so fast, I can say, "I'll see y'all soon."
I miss all of y'all, but I think everyone probably misses their momma the most.
So sorry for your loss. Praying for you all. Ruth was a wonderful woman. Loved her dearly.
Grandma we love you and miss you very much. We know that you are no longer hurting. You are now with grandpa, uncle Chris, and dad. May God hold you in the hollow of his hands until we meet again.
