Dear Reynolds Family,
We send our thoughts and prayers during this time of sadness. I remember many, many times going to Mr. Cotton and Ms. Lucille's house as a young boy. They were neighbors to my Uncle Cecil Acre Family. Of course I remember them for many years as members of the Greenbrier Church of Christ. They were both dear friends of my mom and dad - Evans and Verle Acre. More than once when I would see him over the last few years he would tell me how much he missed mom and dad. I was so glad that Russ, Paul and I were able to visit with him just a few weeks ago. Our prayers for comfort in the days ahead...Bob and Margaret Acre

To the family of Mr. “Cotton Top”,
What joy you share in knowing that he is now walking streets of gold in the presence of his Lord and Savior, enjoying sights and sounds that we on earth can only imagine. What a testimony of a life well lived in service of all who knew him. Regretfully, we will not be able to attend his service on Tuesday but our thoughts and prayers will be with you in the days ahead. May God bless and keep each of you.

I'm so sorry to hear of Cotton Top’s passing. Loosing a loved one is never easy. I lost my dad in 2010, and my mom in 2012. After my losses, reading Revelation 21:3,4 gave me real comfort. It says: And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. I hope reading these verses also give you comfort during this difficult time. GW

To all of Cotton Top’s families, we are so sorry for his passing but rejoicing that he is in a better place and reunited with Mrs. Lucille. Have memories of coming to his dairy and buying some good cow milk, riding in the back of our Dad’s pick up truck, coming down that dirt road. He was always so kind to us and we enjoyed seeing him. Always a fine man. Always respected. May God be with all of you during this time.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4
(3) "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. (4)
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".
