January 2, 1928 - October 22, 2016

Martha A. Baldwin 88, of Alexander, Arkansas went to be with her Lord Saturday, October 22, 2016. She was born January 2, 1928 in Forrest City, Arkansas to James Franklin and Lucy Mae (Harbin) Hastings.

She attended Soda Valley Baptist Church and was a lifetime member of the Eastern Star. Martha was a homemaker, great seamstress, loved flowers and was an amazing cook. She was a great ''Mawmaw'' who loved spending time with her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, Monroe Baldwin, Sr., a baby boy, four brothers, and two sisters.
She is survived by her children, Connie Marie Scarbrough, Katherine Ann Jarrett, James Conner, Frank Conner, Ollie Monroe Baldwin, Jr., Martha Ann Palmer and Vivian Baldwin Gullick, fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, one sister Dorothy Hastings, many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

Pallbearers: Bill Palmer, Jeremy Palmer, Hunter Pugh, Austin Price, Jeff Price and Michael Heagwood.

Funeral Service will be 1:00pm Friday, October 28, 2016 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Greenbrier, Arkansas with Pastor Monroe Baldwin, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in Thorn Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
