Dorothy Garriott Mahan Goff, 85, of Greenbrier passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015. She was born July 9, 1929, in Flint, Michigan to the late Vernon and Alta Garriott. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jim Garriott; grandson, Jeremy Mahan and husband, Ray Goff.
Mrs. Goff was a member of Springhill Baptist Church. Dorothy retired from Hendrix College in Conway where she worked for several years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
Mrs. Goff is survived by her sons, Richard Mahan of Damascus, Edward Mahan of Russellville, David (Brenda) of Greenbrier, Jim (Lindy) of Conway and Tim (Brenda) of Greenbrier; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at Springhill Baptist Church in Greenbrier with Brother Ed Stephenson officiating. Burial will follow in the Springhill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Taylor Mahan, Rusty Mahan, Jacob Mahan, Lucus Riedmueller, Chad Mahan and Nathan Mahan.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wassell and Jean Burgess Scholarship Endowment through Springhill Baptist Church or Central Baptist College.

Dear family, I rejoice that Aunt Dorothy's trial is over. My heart hurts for all of you as I know you loved her. Peace and blessings to you all and I am sorry I cannot be there for her funeral. I am glad I went by to kiss her last Monday.
