I knew Jean because of Heather and Ashley's friendship. As Aunt Sherrin, I got to meet and visit with her. She struck me as a woman of great spirit and creativity. There was always an energy and love of life about her as she raised her teenage girls. Ashley and family, I am sorry for your loss, and hope your faith, family, and friends will bring comfort during these dark days.
I have so many fond memories of playing in Jerry and Jean's room, when I came to spend the night with Ashley. Jean had the best make-up. I remember thinking she was like a celebrity. She was always happy to see me. She will be missed on this earth. Jerry, Angie, Ashley, and families, I love you all!❤️ I will be there Thursday.
I'm so sorry for your loss, I have so many fond childhood memories of her both as a teacher and a mom who treated me like her own. Hold tight to the memories, it never gets easier but they will help you through the tough times. She was loved by so many and her memory will carry on through you. Praying for peace for you and your family.
