Carol Dillion Stout, 66, of Conway passed away Friday, May 11, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born November 22, 1951, to the late Wayne and Nellye Jo Dillion in DeWitt, Arkansas. She was a member of University Church of Christ. Carol served as the business manager for multiple companies including Stout's Self Storage and Stout's Mini Mart. She was also a life member of Junior Auxiliary of Conway. Carol was actively involved in the Miss Arkansas Pageant for a number of years, serving in a variety of roles.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Mike; two daughters, Michelle Odom (Brian) and Stacy Hammons (Rob); five grandchildren, Quinn Odom, Cullen Odom, Zac Hammons, Tyler Hammons and Lexi Hammons; a father-inn-law, Charles Stout; one sister, Ann West (Mike); one brother, Ross Dillion (Cyndi); one sister-in-law, Susan Bell (Bob); two nieces, Amanda Wofford (William) and Emily Ferris (Cody); one nephew, Drew Dillion; and two great nephews, John Wofford and Carter Ferris.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 14, 2018, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home with visitation prior to the service from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Memorials may be made to CARTI, Arkansas Hospice, or Alzheimer's Arkansas.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Dr. Scott Stern's office and Arkansas Hospice for the love and care provided to Carol.

I worked for Carol at the store 21 years ago. I even house set with Freckles and Abby. She was very kind to me. I'm sorry for your loss.

Stacy I know how special GG was to Ty as I’m sure she was for the entire family. Mason and I will continue to pray for her and your beautiful family. It was an honor to meet your mom a few times at ballgames or in our neighborhood.
