Debbie was a faithful member of the Four Winds Church in Conway. She enjoyed reading and was known for her green thumb. Debbie had a big heart and was full of love and enjoyed making new friends. She was loved very much by her friends and family, who will dearly miss her one of a kind laugh and how her smile lit up her whole face.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, husband of 15 years, Richard Bell, sons, David O'Barr of Russellville, AR and Heath O'Barr of Walhalla, SC; 5 grandchildren, Jorden, Baylie, Samantha, Chloi, and Cierra O'Barr; brother, John Bobe and a host of cousins.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Friday, March 16th at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home with interment to follow at Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville, AR.
