Eddie Magee peacefully passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2016.
Eddie was born as Irwin Edward Magee on January 28, 1940.
He is survived by his wife Karen Magee, his children, Jerry Magee and wife Melissa of Richardson, Texas;
Edward Hulett, Michelle Watson and husband Kevin of Conway, Arkansas; Haley Adams and husband Cord of Sapulpa, Oklahoma;
his sister, Jean Habig and husband Arnold of North Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin and Jessica Watson of Conway, Arkansas;
Cass, Ashton and Jaidyn Adams of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Viola Mahan, stepfather, Lonnie Mahan and father, Lloyd Magee.
Eddie was a U.S. Army veteran, a 32nd Degree Mason, and a retired Rock Island Railroad Engineer of 25 years.
Eddie Loved life to its fullest, there was nothing more that made him happy than watching his grandchildren grow through life.
He loved his dog Lucky, who never left his side, even in his days at Heritage, Lucky was there. Eddie's favorite place was the Gulf of Mexico,
where he shared numerous memories with his family.
Most of all and most important is that Eddie loved God. He reconfirmed that with his family before his passing. He loved to cook ! Coconut and Chocolate
pies were his specialty. Eddie never met a stranger, which if you ever met him you totally understand.
The family would like to sincerely thank all of the employees at Conway Regional Medical Center and most especially the employees at Heritage Living Center.
There are no words that can express the appreciation for Gentiva Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Eddie's behalf can be made to Gentiva Hospice 770 Factory St. #1 Conway, Arkansas 72032.
Visitation will be at 2:00pm Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Roller- McNutt Funeral Home Conway, Arkansas.
Graveside Service and Interrment will follow at 4:00pm Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Mt. Chapel Cemetery Cabot, Arkansas with Pastor Glenn Choate officiating.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway, Arkansas.

I am so very sorry for the loss of Irvin. May God grant you the ability to endure during this difficult time. We can find comfort in God's promise to resurrect our loved ones to life on a paradise earth, free from pain, suffering and death.
