So sorry to learn of Dave's passing. He hired me at the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation 11 years ago. Although he would retire in less than a year, it was clear from the start what a kind and caring individual Dave was and what a commitment he had to furthering academic opportunities for children across the state.

He is missed.

A Good man Dave. We had so much fun making all those Big ($1.00) bets on the Ark/Tex football games. I was very happy we reconnected at the reunion and to meet Bobbie. Bobbie, prayers for you and your family. God bless all .

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. When I first started working at the Arkansas Department of Education thirty years ago, Dave was one of the first ones in the unit I met. He was helpful, kind, and always could be counted on for his quick wit and positive disposition. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
