Donald ''Don'' Lee Barnes, 79, of Conway, passed away July 31, 2015. He was born October 12, 1935 in St. Louis, MO to Ambrose and Notie O'Neal Barnes. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Carolyn Barnes; son Todd Barnes; daughter Shari (Warren) Readnour; five grandchildren Meghan Barnes, Mason Barnes, Sarah Barnes, Julia Readnour, and Ashlyn Readnour.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Donald served in the United States Army in Germany during the Cold War. He was a retired over the road bus and truck driver. His fondest years of employment were spent driving for Trailways Bus Company. He loved fishing, the St. Louis Cardinals, and all kinds of travel.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00am Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

My deepest sympathy to the Barnes family. Don was a nice man who I always enjoyed talking to. Haven't seen Mr. and Mrs. Barnes or Todd and Shari in years, but I used to live at #7 Riviera DR back in the 80's and remember Todd and Shari as small kids.
