"Can't means I don't want to..."I can't believe I didn't appreciate you enough as your student. As an adult, I realize what you did for me. Thank you. I still have my baby Jesus you gave me 32 years ago.

May she rest in peace. What a beautiful long life she had.
She was Shannon's first teacher when we moved to Conway from Albany, Ga. In 1979. My kids always credited Ms. Favre with the following:
"Dont do as I do, do as I say" and Can't means I don't want to."
She will be missed.
Some teachers are etched in our memories stronger than others.....Ms. Favre was one of those teachers. She worked us hard in 2nd grade and prepared us for our First Communion; and though we didn't realize it at the time, she did a tremendous job preparing us for the school years to come. She will be missed, but always remembered. To her family we offer our sympathy and our prayers.

I just found out from my mother that my second grade teacher had just passed. I have so many memories of Ms. Favre! She taught me how to write in cursive, multiplication facts and to always have faith. I will never forget her! She will always be in my heart! My sincere condolences to the family!
