Dear Terry and Family,
We are so sad to hear about Jim. Our entire family is devastated by the news and our thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours. We have known Jim for over 20 years and can honestly say that he was one of the friendliest guys in the pupil transportation arena. We are better people for having known Jim. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. God bless you all!
To each of the family members: Our prayers are with you during this time. May God comfort you!
Julie and family
We were saddened to hear of Jim's passing. We've enjoyed his wit and wisdom, and memories including visits to the beach, sail boating, and good times at the horse farm. Teri, we admired Jim's love for you. He will be missed.
Jim's family,
Although I have not met any of Jim's family, I knew of you though the many conversations I had with Jim at various conferences we attended. Thank you for sharing him with so many of us in the pupil transportation industry. He was a wonderful conversationalist and loved to talk about his heritage. I saw him at the Virginia conference in June - said hello and goodbye, as he was departing for Mississippi. I miss him already and will never, ever forget him. My heartfelt thoughts are with you and hopefully the memories you have will sustain you during this very difficult time. Fondly, Barbara Goodman, Chesterfield Virginia.
To my beloved Step Father
I have to say you were tough as nails on me throughout the years but I always knew how much you loved me. From all your quirky sayings when I would do something stupid you would say " like my dad always told me... Ya gonna be dumb ya better be tough" I would get so mad lol because that's the last thing I wanted to hear but that was the way Jim loved which was tough love. Jim was so smart and right about EVERYTHING! Never once could I prove I was right and he was wrong lol. Jim thank you for all the years of lovin me as your own. I'll miss you always and forever. And Logan will forever miss his "Gramps"
