Ray was only one month older than me. Even though I never saw him again after my family moved from the Nemo Vista school district I've had pleasant memories of him many times over the years. For some reason I awoke tonight and it was as if he was here with me. I decided to Google his name and found this obituary.
Strange. Rest in peace My Friend.

Susan:

I am saddened to hear about Ellis. I will always have good memories of the two of you at church. He wil be missed by those who knew him. Take comfort in knowing that he is with The Lord. Romans 8:28

Susan I am so sorry to hear about Ellis. He was such a wonderful person. I will always remember the time I came over to your house and he showed me his Peas they were so plentiful and he was so proud of the garden. I left with a bag of them. I know he was the love of your life. Ellis will be missed by all that knew him
