I knew Ruben during his tenure as Patrol officer & Chief of the Conway PD. Lord knows, he ran me in for curfew violations many times, just to call my Parents to come get me.
He was one of the BEST Officers that CPD ever had or ever will have.
My Prayers & Condolences to his Family.
He was an exemplary Individual in all facets of life.
May GOD enjoy his company, and let Him Rest n' Peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time.
Ruben was County Clerk when Dee and I filed for our Marriage License in 1987. He was wonderful to us back then and he was even more great to us when we would sit down, drink coffee and just discuss life. A man who was dedicated to his family and to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Ruben will be missed by all of those who came in contact with him. We loved him!!!
Words cannot express how much I will miss Ruben. He was such a dear friend...kind, compassionate and helpful to so many people. I will miss visiting with him. The loss of several family members in such a short time span will compound your grieving process. Take good care of yourselves as you continue the grief journey. Love to each of you.
Our condolences to the Voss Family.
Our hearts are sad for those who loved Rube so much and are left to grieve. But, we are happy for him. Ruben was a special man who touched many lives, including ours. Love to all.

I am so sorry for your loss. Though I never had the honor of meeting Mr Ruben, I do know Jeremy was proud of him and loved him very much. He talked about him a lot when he was in my class. Sending my love to you all as well as my prayers. Love, "Ms Smiley"
To the Goss family, I can't begin to tell you how much Ruben meant to me. I will always be grateful to him for giving me a job, and because of him I have been able to enjoy the career that I have had and it was all because of him. I will miss him coming by to see me and seeing him at the coffee shop. You and the family will be my prayers
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God give you peace and comfort during this time.
