Arthur Franklin Jenkins Sr., 68 of Plumerville, Passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his home with his loved ones by his side. Arthur was born May 26, 1949 in Clarksville AR to Mr. Milburn & Johnnie (Campbell) Jenkins. Arthur loved working on cars with his brother and sons, he was a carpenter and enjoyed making bird houses to sell and give away to friends. Arthur retired from Walmart after 18 years of service.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother James Jenkins.
Mr. Jenkins is survived by loving wife Renee (Vanlacke )Jenkins of Plumerville; his children Arthur & Milinda Jenkins Jr. of Russellville, John & Chrystal Jenkins of Russellville, Doug & Hannah Jenkins of Russellville, Aaron & Amanda Jenkins of Hillcreek AR, John Yard of Dardanelle, Robert Yard of London, Lori & Jerry Ritchard of Russellville, Elizabeth & Troy Stanton of Arcola IL, and Regina Butler Yard of Ft. Smith; 23 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren; and a host of friends and other family.
Visitation for Mr. Jenkins will be 6:00 8:00 P.M. Friday, July 7, 2017 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Oakland cemetery with John Yard, Dylan Jenkins, John Yard Jr., John Jenkin, Dalton Jenkins, and Jesse Jenkins serving as Pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be John Jenkins Jr., Jacob Jenkins, and Doug Jenkins Jr.

I am so sorry to hear of Art's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Reading Rev. 21:3, 4 and John 5:25 have always brought me comfort, and hopefully will do the same for you.
