Uncle Larry will be missed by us all. We are all better off to have known him, and for some of us, to call him family. I remember the conversations we had about a host of things. He was always so eager to talk about just about anything, unless the football game was on. He was definitely a fan. When we would talk about cars and motors, was he knowledgable... "you betcha".
I think GM should have paid him commission for all the PR work he did for Buick.
He was a good man, and he was a good brother to our mom!

RIP Uncle Larry

Uncle Larry was fondly thought of by all of our family. He was one of the hardest working people I have ever met. Never wanted to ask for help and roofing his house and putting in a chain link fence at close to the age of 90 was above amazing. I know he didn't like it when we told him what could happen if he would have fallen off the ladder or the roof, but he was just that kind of guy to not want to ask for help when you think you can do it for yourself. He loved to talk about his buicks and what to do if they ever broke down. He loved his cats too. He was kind and very hospitable when we would stop to visit with him. Well kids as he would tell us "you know as well as I do" and no we really didn't. He was a wealth of knowledge for sure.. We will miss you Uncle Larry.. Now you will have the rest you well deserved.

Uncle Larry was a very friendly guy. I don't think he ever met a stranger. He could talk your ear off without even trying. I loved to sit and listen to him.

And "You know as well as I do" that he is going to be missed a lot.

I have some great memories of my brother Larry Kiner. When I was growing up he lived with our Dad and my Mother until she died and then he went back home to his Mother.

When he was in the Army in World War II he sent me a really nice pen and pencil set for Christmas. It was the only Christmas present I got.

The next time I saw Larry he came to visit us in 1969 when Frank and I lived in Wichita KS. We have stayed in touch ever since.

I was blessed to have a brother like Larry. I will miss talking to him on the phone every week.

May he rest in peace.
