Frances Emily Frala, 89 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 in Fort Smith. Mrs. Frala was born November 8, 1926 in Hartman to Mr. William and Lena (Grote) Sprenger. Frances was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and Christian Mothers Society. She enjoyed gardening, going for walks, reading, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Frala was preceded in death by her parents, and her beloved husband Edmund Frala.
Mrs. Frala is survived by one daughter, Linda and Gary Bradley of Fort Smith; three sons: Michael and Linda Frala of Russellville, Dennis and Patty Frala of Fort Smith, and Gary and Laura Frala of Fayetteville; one sister, Stella Cremer of Hartman; one brother, Gerald and Sally Sprenger of Little Rock; nine grandchildren: Michelle Branson, Eric Branson, Tabitha Hoyt, Heather Swanson, Christopher Frala, Sarah Wray, Hannah Frala, Zach Bradley, and Kait Bradley; eight great-grandchildren: Gage Hoyt, Brody Branson, Alexandria Branson, Haiden Swanson, Kaitlynn Swanson, Alia, Lily, and Mabel Frala; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be 6:00 P.M. Sunday, June 19, 2016 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel, visitation will follow until 8:00 P.M. Funeral mass will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 20, 2016 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Clarksville, with Fr. William Wewers, O.S.B., officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery with Eric Branson, Gage Hoyt, Christopher Frala, Zach Bradley, Matthew Cremer, and Tim Sprenger serving as pallbearers and the staff of Chapel Ridge Health and Rehab serving as honorary pallbearers.
The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to the staff of Chapel Ridge Health and Rehab for the compassionate care of our loving mother.
