John Andrew Mathis, 30 of Bauxite, passed away March 11, 2016 in Benton. He was born April 23, 1985 to Danny and Deborah Sue (Escarre) Mathis in Little Rock.
Besides his parents, John is survived by one daughter, Averie Elise Mathis and her mother, Heather Stadler, both of Malvern; one brother, Brian Mathis of Bauxite; grandparents Charline and Tony Golden of Cabot and Betty and Ralph Ore of Benton and Pete (Pa) Escarre of Benton; and other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, March 14, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. with
Rev. Ed Summers officiating.
A time of visitation is scheduled from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. prior to service time.
Both will be held at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) in Benton.

May the thoughts and prayers of those who love you comfort you at this time of sorrow. The years were too few, but the love was great. I am sorry beyond words at the loss of your son. He fought his illness with courage and dignity and now he has found peace.
