William ''Bill'' Earl Tyler, 83, of Benton passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015. He was born October 1, 1931 to the late Lee Wesley Tyler and Lola D. Tyler. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Gene Tyler and G.W. Tyler. He served for twenty years in the U. S. Air Force and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant. He then retired from a second career working for the State of Arkansas for another twenty years.
He is survived by his best friend and loving wife of sixty years, Sarah Jo Tyler of Benton. Also, he is survived by his four children; Michael Tyler of Siloam Springs, Debra Tyler of Benton, Sharon (Robert) Underwood of Cookeville, TN and Vicki Mosby of Prattsville. He is also survived by his brother, Virgil Tyler of Carbon Hill, AL; his sister, Betty Moncrief of Tyler, TX and his eight grandchildren and eighteen great- grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) with Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Interment will follow in New Rosemont Memorial Park in Benton. Serving as pallbearers are Bryce Berry, Will Tyler, Lee Tyler, Gene Tyler, Bobby Underwood and Tanner Rhoad.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, February 3, 2015 at the funeral home.

Mrs Tyler and Debbie: I am so sorry to hear about Mr Tyler. He always had a smile on his face and went the extra mile for everyone at the Health Department. We all loved him. May he rest in peace and my prayer is for acceptance and peace for each of your family members.
